Due by New Year's Eve December 31 (you will compete against others in your country in your age division) Non US residents or US residents with 25% or more of an ethnic heritage other than American.

PAGEANT NATIONALS DVD $15.00 Each:
Admission is $5.00 for ages 3 to adult at the door.
No videotaping or flash photography is permitted. Non-flash photography is ok.
Please remember this is a natural pageant. No false eyelashes, nails, flippers, hair, etc. No glitz attire permitted. No make up ages 9 and under. You must compete in the division that matches your age the day of the pageant. No "fallbacks". No Pro-Am permitted in modeling or talent.
Liability and Media Image Release:
As a contestant in the Natural Beauty Pageant Systems (under the ownership of Premiere Dance) contest, I give my permission that any photographs, videos or likenesses of me can and may be used on the website and/or in advertising. I realize I will appear in the NBPS video.
I also release and discharge Natural Beauty Pageant Systems/Premiere Dance and its employees and affiliates from all liability arising out of, or in connection with, participation in rehearsals, pageants, talent contests and promotional events.
I further realize that any and all fees are non-refundable. I realize that by submitting this entry form, I am making a promise to participate in this event.
